Did you read the book BioShock: Rapture? Levine did work on that, John Shirley being the writer, giving some more accurate data and stuff. Maybe it's irrelevant since the little sisters aged from the first to the second game and some of them were turned into big sisters. in the second they looked more like actual little girls while in the first they had much wider eyes and disproportionnal faces. I doubt they'll use BioShock 2 as canon aswell.
